Who's going fishing this weekend?

If you're floating the upper canyon from Ringer on Wednesday, we'll probably run into each other-I'm drifting my daughter from Ringer to MM 20. Hadn't thought about streamers much, though. I'd probably use nymphs and an indicator. See what Wooley Bugger or Evening hatch has to say.

yeah, stop by The Evening Hatch in Ellensburg and talk to Jason or Derek, they will get you dialed in for the yak. If your on the upper river go into the Yakima River Fly shop in Cle Elum, Jim has the upper yak dialed and is a very good guy.

sculpin patterns will work on the yak

I'll probably be wading up near cle elum, I'm after cutts and I figure there are more up there, we'll see how it goes

Seriously, I'm stuck with family stuff all weekend. Have the first grandkid and everyone wants to see you all the time. Well, nobody wants to see ME, but you get the idea.

I'll be flogging water on an S river or two I'm sure

one last trip to Lenice for me on Sunday.
