here are the gaps....can probably afford to fill one right now so hopefully I can do so here....sold my ross switch rod and a hardy reel...new toys are better when better half approved, and since a rod left the house (very demonstrably i might add)...i can buy without fear of wrath...(for those of you with a gear habit similar to mine...a word of advice that it is good practice to announce when rods leave the house)
I would like to pick up one of the following....
winston b3x 10' 4wt - my ideal do it all nymph and dry rod.......help me!
orvis superfine touch 7'6" #1 - sold my trout bum 1wt as the grip was just too small and not comfortable....but i need a true 1wt back in the quiver. txl-f 0 or 00 weight are close to the same action - not opposed to them.
hardy zenith 1pc 5wt, 6wt, 7wt - have the 4wt...holy shit....would love to add the 5, 6, and 7 over time...they are rare birds but i want them all....if they are half as good as the 4 i need them all.....
nrx 9' #9 - 'rents are in florida...so I have to visit them...and this rod would come in handy for that purpose...
