Winston LT 8'3" 4 weight 5 piece

Older model with downlocking reel seat. Awesome travel or day to day rod. Packs down small, but fishes like a 2 piece.

Expected soiling on the grip from moderate use. Female end of ferrule on top section has 2 small stress cracks in the varnish (pictured) that have been there for many uses and hooked fish. They are strictly cosmetic and have never been a problem. Rod tube label fell off long ago, which obviously doesn't impact how the rod fished, but is worth mentioning. It's a used rod.

I sent the warranty card in long ago on this one. Just don't fish enough situations that warrant keeping such a nice rod on the shelf.

$375 shipped in lower 48.

I can tell you the tube fits in almost all luggage. I pack pretty light, always in a carry on and often in a medium duffle. I brought mine along on many trips because it packed so well. Also, I would agree entirely with Steelheaders assessment of action

Just 2 scents wort
