Anyone going to the tournament this week at Sahalee? I've never been to a women's PGA event, but would like too. The caliber of play on the LGPA is phenomenal. Ticket prices are very reasonable... just which it wasn't so far away. Not sure what fishing offerings are up that way, but could make for a great 2 sport weekend.

Then there are those who would rather watch a man bend over to pick up a golf ball than the ladies on the LPGA tour. Really nothing wrong with their choice of who to watch,:D just different strokes for different folks.

Golf stands for Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden, why would I pay to see a bunch of rule breakers?
Hate to be the one to burst yer bubble, but that institution along with many others has already been wiped and reformatted.... well sort of as Augusta National have held fast about not allowing this. I recall all the fuss when she played at the Colonial. Honestly, I really don't get the motivation for these "break the glass ceiling" efforts... particularly when there is already an equivalent women's program like the LGPA. Now if Annika had been allowed to play from the red tee's, she may very well have won the event... but then what would that really prove?

Do you think you could take Annika with you playing from the red tees and her at the black?
Dont mean to brag, but I will anyway.

I could give her a run for her money, if we played from the same starting point.

I've got the timing of the windmill down, between the clown feet dailed in, and have the perfect speed for the bridge holes.

But just to be clear, we are talking mini golf right?

:p

In her prime? Fuck no. I doubt there's more than 20 current male players in college who could do that. Annika was out of this world good.

Now? Who knows. If the difference between tips and bitch tees is 2000+ yards, and she plays like shit, then maybe I'd have a 2% chance.

I don't think people appreciate just how great she was. In their primes, Tiger, Striker, and maybe Snedeker are the only people I'd take ahead of her with a flatstick.
