Marine grade plywood (bottom double layer, sides single layer), exterior coated in fiberglass for easy repairs

Currently on a small unregistered trailer in Seattle. Would need to be retrofitted or replaced for traveling long distances. We bought this boat from a friend who built it and used it for two trips with the intent of setting it up for fishing but have not used it at all and would like to find a home for it with someone who would use it.
