Hey folks,
Your friendly fly fishing lit and art pusher here.
For those of you who were lucky enough to make it our last reading featuring WFF's own
Wadin' Boot, you know what everyone else missed out on. Probably one of the finest fly fishing stories I've heard in a long time--and straight from the mouth of the author, which can't be beat.
Luckily for you north enders, we've got another reading coming up in a couple weeks in Bellingham. This one is being sponsored by the good folks over at 4th Corner Fly Fishers, The Confluence Fly Shop, and The Flyfish Journal. It is going to featuring work from the editorial staff of The Flyfish Journal, among others.
Even better--this one will be a benefit for the
Liam Wood Flyfishers and River Guardians program at Western Washington University. A great program that is worth a look.
The reading is happening at Boundary Bay Brewery on May 19 at 7 PM. It'll cost a few bucks to get in this time, (most of which will be going to the featured non-profit).
Hope to see some of you there!
