Hey Guys,

I have a close buddy that fishes with me often enough that it is time for him to get his own gear. Ha Ha, his mooching days are over. I have been watching the classifieds for him but nothing has really come up.

I have tried talking him into the TFO Pro and a Lamson Konic Reel w/ a Multi Tip Line which to me seems like a pretty kick @$$ starter setup at a decent price, but no luck yet. So I am taking it on myself to find him his own gear, he has already broke one of my rods and I dont want him using mine anymore.

Anybody doing a little closet cleaning? Need any motivation to unload a rod and possibly reel/line. I can't say for sure he will purchase but I can definately push him.

I have a barely used Scott V2 9'6" 8 wt (2 piece) that would be a great starter rod for swinging and nymphing. I could match it with a Lamson Radius 4 (with an extra spool). $250 for the setup.
