well i go to WSU and they have a system where they can order books from other university's in the state and Oregon. So i looked it up and sure enough they had it and another book i wanted. If i read and like i might buy it.

Actually I don't think you can buy Dec Hogans passion for steelhead! That kind of passion only comes from hundreds of hours spent on the water casting to these fish. It comes from feeling the tug and seeing the fish in a cartwheeling jump at the end of your line. This kind of passion comes from understanding the precarious nature of the steelhead and the forces of man and nature against it.
The passion that Hogan has perhaps is only reserved for a few dedicated individuals and is not for sale.
