Yakima River Clean-up Day
The Worley-Bugger Fly Co. Professional Guide team is proud to announce a Yakima River Clean-Up Day. The guides and employee's of Worley-Bugger Fly Co. will be collecting litter and other refuse from the river bed and the banks of the Yakima river from the Ringer Road boat launch to the Umtanum boat launch on Sunday, March 4th, 2001. Bring your fly fishing gear as well, a half day of fun and fishing is also involved.

We invite all fly fishermen who are interested in keeping our Yakima River clean and pristine to join us for a day on the river. Fly fishermen with drift boat or rafts are encouraged to attend.

Worley-Bugger Fly Co. will provide coffee and pastries at the Ringer Road launch from 8:00-9:00 a.m. and a post clean-up barbecue for all who participate from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Worley-Bugger Fly Co. Pro-Shop at 306 South Main in Ellensburg.

The Worley-Bugger Fly Co. guide team knows that maintaining the river is the responsibility of those who use the river, especially those that make their living from it. We are proud to be one of the leading organizations that have made the this commitment to keep the Yakima River a clean and pristine trout fishery.

We would also like to thank the Yakima Waste Management for their help with this project.

Hey Guys,
Sorry I can't attend, but for such a noble cause I'll be sure to pass the word around to the angling bretheren here in S.W. Tacoma. I do truly believe that the solution to our fisheries, and ultimately, our environmental woes will be solved with continued efforts like this one. Keep up the good work!
