Never heard of this for bass, but after watching a few more videos on the technique it is pretty much the same as the bobber & jig steelhead setup. Definitely going to try this when the snow is off the launch ramps.

It does look like fun.

I am going to try two new to me bass fisheries this spring/summer. One near Vantage WA and one near Boardman OR. Will be on big blue dots rather than small blue lines that old man advises us to explore.

Hoping to get lucky enough to hook a few small mouth. I am a bass newbie and never made an overnight trip for bass.

Been chasing trout for years and fell into a rut of camping/fishing waters that are familiar and productive.

Hope to get my drift boat out to try this new to me waters. Wind waves may prevent this from happening, so I will not be disappointed if that happens. I will go with low expectations.
