Eh...takes itself a little too seriously. Not bad, but I can pick one up off the rack at Barnes & Noble and see everything I'd be even remotely interested in and be done with the whole thing in under 5 minutes.

I'd never seen it until last Saturday at Occupy Skagit. A friend showed me an article in it that included a photo of an old friend, Jerry Wintle, during his last and final fishing trip to the Dean River. I didn't know it was a hard copy magazine. I thought it was just a website where you have to post photos of boobs to join.

The magazine is fine..... their forum.... not so much.

Meh. I've read a couple issues, but I prefer 'Northwest Fly Fisher'. I just find it more informative.

I don't mind their mag....but then again, I'm pretty visually oriented. I absolutely loved the tribute to Trask...that article really helped me deal with the loss of my dog several years ago.

The mag has gone to shit but the forum still puts out the best reports going.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Pretty much sums it up for me. There is some humor to the bantering.
