I like it. THe only way it could be better is if it had another set of drawers on the right side!
A buddy of mine years ago used this type of setup. He also had a matching vertical 4 drawer filing cabinet next to in which he kept (in hanging folders) materials like hackle, bucktail, etc. It was great.
